Sarah, Customer Care Specialist
Sarah introduces new customers to our service, from the initial consultation through to creating their personalised care plan. She works closely with our customer relationship team to ensure a warm welcome and ongoing support.
Eunice & Kelly, Customer Relationship Team
Eunice & Kelly are the primary contact for our existing customers. They liaise with health professionals and family members to ensure all needs are met, while managing any schedule, care plan or service queries.
Aneela, Care Co-ordinator
Aneela manages our weekly schedules, pairing customers with the right care assistants to meet their individual needs. She prioritises continuity of care, and communicates any daily changes.
Sarah & Becky, Care Team Supervisors
Sarah & Becky lead and develop our care team, supporting them from their induction through to advanced qualifications. They conduct regular reviews to ensure the team have everything they need to succeed.
